As for the information, GWM-Nepal announced to operate its service facility in Chakupat, Lalitpur. <\/strong>The new after-sales facility is built as per the standards of GWM’s Global, says the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The facility provides Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS), Body Works (ABP), Wheel alignment (3D), Wheel Barrow, Injector Cleaning Battery Tester, and Management Device (others).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As for its services the company stated the facility covers an area of 15,000+ square feet and has 6 rooms with the capacity to provide fast service for 600+ vehicles per month. The high-tech equipment and well-trained technicians for services and customers of GWM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rupesh Sharma Bhatta, VP of GWN Nepal, said, ” Your vehicle is in safe hands with our trained technicians, state-of-the-art facility, and exceptional customer service is more than just taking care of your vehicle. It makes sure that you’ve taken care of throughout the entire ownership experience”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, Ajit Patel, Service DGM of GWM Nepal, plus the commenting by adding, “We have a GWM’s global standard facility capable of handling all GWM range of vehicles. We are using the latest diagnostic equipment and genuine parts so that your vecg=hile gets the utmost care it deserves and runs exactly as it should. The service also offer a personalized service experience, scheduled interval services, quick services, and special check-ups prior to you going out on holidays.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finally, to conclude, the company has a strong genuine spare parts inventory for maintaining customer satisfaction at an affordable price. They are planning to establish more similar after-sales facilities in other parts of the country as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
